ISO 13485:2003 CERTIFIED

Our quality system is certified to the ISO 13485:2003 international standard for quality, manufacturing, and regulatory management. We regularly audit our own processes to make sure they are operating the way they were designed and are also routinely audited by an independent third party as part of our ISO 13485:2003 certification. This ensures we continue to demonstrate our commitment to constant improvement, compliance requirements, and process effectiveness.


Inspecting where it counts: Each job is inspected at start-up to make sure all of the quality requirements are satisfied. Additionally, routine in-process inspections are performed and documented to ensure product quality standards are maintained for the duration of each job, and archived for future reference. Every job is analyzed post-run to determine opportunities for performance improvement on subsequent runs.

Continuous training, towards continuous improvement: Rigorous quality technician training, including gauging and metrology, color discrimination, error prevention, and inspection processes and methods as well as technology results in an agile and capable quality staff. Results include performance management, new product requirements, and skills training.
